About the warranty
The Mcdodo team provides 1-year-warranty to solve the problem in the easiest way.
1.1 Promise to answer online within 48 hours.
1.2 Provide 12-month warranty.
1.3 If the users find that the goods is damaged during transportation, or there is a quality problem when receiving the product, it is necessary to notify us via our email email@example.com within 3 working days after receiving the product. We will reply to you within 2 working days.
* In this case, please attach your order number, product information, questions, contact information, etc., we will process the order refund within 3 working days after receiving the information. After receiving the goods, if it is determined that there is a non-artificial transportation problem, the goods will be returned and exchanged within 3 working days after the inspection is completed.
1.5 The address and contact information of the refunded goods will be notified to you after we get in touch with you and submit the application after approval.
1.6 If the inspection results are determined to be non-human reasons, but product quality problems, the Mcdodo team will bear the freight.
2. Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
2.1 Mcdodo team provides simple and clear warranty policy to deal with the easiest way.
2.2 For quality-related warranty claims, a new item will be sent to you after the warehouse has verified it has a quality problem.
2.3 If there is a quality problem within 30 days after receiving the goods, the Mcdodo team will unconditionally replace it or refund it in full.
3.1 Contact us through the online customer service or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the defect(s) of the product you purchased, we will reply you within 2 working days.
3.2 The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase (order ID or sales invoice).
3.3 The Mcdodo team must document what happens when the buyer troubleshoot the product.
3.4 Requires the serial number of the defective product and/or visible evidence describing the defect (e.g. pictures and videos).
3.5 Goods may need to be returned for quality inspection.

4. Valid proof of purchase

*Please note that processing a warranty claim may require more than one type of proof of purchase (such as a remittance receipt and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped).
Warranty claims for product defects expire 1 year after the warranty claim is made. Warranty claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded their original warranty period or the 1-year warranty claim filing period, whichever is longer.
5. The buyer shall bear the freight in the following cases

For non-quality related warranty claims, shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility and Mcdodo refunds the cost of the product itself.

6.2 Products without sufficient proof of purchase

6.4 Lost or Stolen Products

6.6 Repair by third party
6.7 Damage from external sources
6.8 Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper handling of equipment)

7.1 Loss of data due to use of Mcdodo products.
7.2 Returning personal items sent to the Mcdodo team.
When returning or exchanging goods for non-quality problems, the buyer shall be responsible for any damage or loss in transit. The Mcdodo team does not provide refunds for items not damaged in transit.
